Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your OrthoAI account and the personal data we hold about you at any time. Enter your registered email address below and we'll take it from there.

Have the OrthoAI app installed? You can also delete your account instantly from inside the app: Settings → Edit Profile → Delete Account.

What happens next

1. Step 1

   Submit your request

   Enter the email address you sign in to OrthoAI with and submit the form. Use the same address so we can match it to your account.

2. Step 2

   We review it

   We check that the request comes from the account holder and may write to the registered address to confirm. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

3. Step 3

   Your data is deleted

   Once verified, your account and the data listed below are permanently deleted and a confirmation is sent to you. This cannot be undone.

What we delete

• Your profile — name, email address, professional details and sign-in credentials
• Chat history, including the questions you asked and the AI responses
• Bookmarks, saved preferences and app settings
• Subscription and plan details

What we may keep

Records we are legally required to retain — for example payment and invoice records for paid subscriptions — are kept only for as long as the law requires and are not used for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for details.
