These terms govern your use of the OrthoAI applications and website. By using OrthoAI you agree to them.

1. About the service
OrthoAI provides evidence-based generative AI services for orthopaedics through its mobile applications and website. Answers draw on peer-reviewed literature indexed on PubMed, specially designed orthopaedic datasets and the OrthoTV video library.
2. Medical disclaimer
OrthoAI is a clinical decision-support and education tool. It provides educational information and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace professional medical judgment. Always consult qualified healthcare providers for medical decisions; every clinical decision remains the responsibility of the treating clinician. In case of emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
3. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be at least 18 years of age to use OrthoAI. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes, to provide accurate registration information and to keep your account credentials secure.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or harm the platform or other users
- Do not scrape, bulk-download or systematically extract content from the service
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the models or source code
- Do not use the service to develop competing products or to train other AI systems
4. Subscriptions and billing
OrthoAI offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to those stores' terms. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The OrthoAI name, logo, applications, website and original content are owned by the operator of OrthoAI and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Reproduction, distribution or creation of derivative works requires our express written permission.
Third-party materials referenced by the service — including PubMed-indexed articles and OrthoTV videos — remain the property of their respective owners and are cited for reference.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
OrthoAI provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or availability of the service, and AI-generated answers may contain errors or omissions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to these terms
We may modify these terms from time to time. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
